A short background on me:
I started writing for pleasure back when I was around 12 years old. I began mostly with short poems and stories. Though I stopped writing throughout high school, I became reintroduced to my love of writing once I entered college. I have found over the years that poetry is my (writing) calling and is what I enjoy most. I love writing for every aspect of it; expressing emotions, playing with words, conveying feelings, creating ideas and images, ect. I dream to one day have several books of poetry published.
